Founded in 1931 as a sole proprietorship by Mr S. Viswanathan, the firm was constituted in 1951 with the introduction of Mr N.C. Krishnan as a partner. Branch offices in Bangalore and Coimbatore were established in 1981 and 2003 respectively. The firm currently has seven partners and a team of nearly 75 members.

The firm has extensive experience in providing auditing/assurance, tax and financial advisory services.
